Termas de Pichicolo no realiza devoluciones de dinero, y solo se pueden ofrecer cambios de fecha. Estos cambios de fecha, sólo pueden ser efectuados con un mínimo de 48 horas de anticipación antes del día de la reserva. Termas de Pichicolo re-agendará las entradas cuando, por motivos de fuerza mayor (mal tiempo, cierre de los puertos, entre otros), no se pueda atender ese día.
