A restaurant's offering is always a reflection of the chef's tastes and culture. Our menu tells the story of our history, from traditional French dishes that emerged from the family kitchen to the flavors discovered on our odyssey to these southern latitudes: seasonal soups and creams, many varieties of omelets, diverse meats such as marbled pork loin, chicken, pork loin center, salmon, and French specialties like boeuf bourguignon, gratin dauphinois, fillet steak with foie gras, and onion soup. The house specialty: venison and wild boar. Traditional French desserts, all homemade! We also offer an extensive wine list with over 70 labels.
