Leaving early from your accommodation in Puerto Varas we headed directly to the slopes of the imposing Osorno Volcano, with a height of 2,642 masl. We will arrive at the CONAF office to prepare and start our ascent to 1,200 masl. We will walk for at least 3 hours until we reach the point where we will fully equip ourselves and have an informative technical talk to start our journey to the Seracs del Glacier. Upon arrival we will be able to rest and observe these imposing blocks of ice, we will listen to the subterranean creaks and possibly we will be able to see detachments from the glacier.

After having enjoyed this beautiful panorama, we will return following the same route of the journey until we reach the point where we can unequip ourselves and begin our descent until we reach the transport that will take us back to the city of Puerto Varas.
