What includes:

We offer accommodation service for tourist cabins in the Piedras Negras sector (Lake Rupanco) located in the commune of Puerto Octay. We currently have three fully furnished and equipped cabins, in addition each cabin has its own hot tub at the client's free disposal. The Alamo cabin is for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). We have a play area for children, all of this is favored by the environment that is surrounded by nature and the Andes mountain range.

Return policy:

• If the reservation is canceled 15 or more days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled between 14 and 5 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 5 days before the start date of the stay, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled 1 day before the start date of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In the event that the passenger is already staying in the cabins and for whatever reason leaves before the date, the company will reserve the right to refund or not the amount of the stay not enjoyed.
• In case of reservation cancellations due to natural disasters, you will only be given the option to change the date without additional charge within one year following the date of entry.
