All the rooms have THE BEST VIEW of the Frutillar bay, a beautiful garden, Lake Llanquihue and the Osorno, Puntiagudo, Tronador, Cordon del Caulle and Casa Blanca volcanoes.

The rooms have a private bathroom, thermo-pane windows and a comfortable space for 2 adults with a small table where you can request all the restaurant services to your room at no additional charge. You can add an additional bed for a child or an adult, but the spaces are small, we do not recommend it for accommodation of 3 adults.

Late check out until 20:00: 50% of the total amount of the room (depending on availability.)

Room cleaning hours: 09.30 to 14.30 hrs. (If the room is not vacated within these hours, the toilet will be subject to staff availability)

Children under 6 years of age can spend the night with their parents using the existing beds in the room and are entitled to breakfast. Any minor over this age will be considered an adult and must cancel as an adult. Only minors accompanied by their parents or a guardian are accepted.

Access to the outdoor jacuzzi at NO COST prior reservation according to availability and maintenance schedule. The time of use is once a day per room.

The Sauna has an added value per person. $5,000.- and the estimated time for the maximum use of 45 minutes in the facilities.
