Tourist cabin with hot tub in Puerto Octay We offer cabin accommodations in the Piedras Negras area (Lake Rupanco), located in the Puerto Octay district. We currently have three fully furnished and equipped cabins, each with its own hot tub for guests' use. The Arrayán cabin sleeps three (one bedroom and one bathroom). We have a children's play area, all of which is enhanced by the natural surroundings and the Andes Mountains.

We offer accommodation service for tourist cabins in the Piedras Negras sector (Lake Rupanco) located in the commune of Puerto Octay. We currently have three fully furnished and equipped cabins, in addition each cabin has its own hot tub at the client's free disposal. The Arrayán cabin is for 3 people (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom). We have a play area for children, all of this is favored by the environment that is surrounded by nature and the Andes mountain range.

Return policy:

If the reservation is canceled 15 or more days before the start date of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled between 14 and 5 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled less than 5 days before the start date of the stay, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled 1 day before the start date of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event that the passenger is already staying in the cabins and for whatever reason leaves before the date, the company will reserve the right to refund or not the amount of the stay not enjoyed.
In case of reservation cancellations due to natural disasters, you will only be given the option to change the date without additional charge within one year following the date of entry.

Políticas de devolución

Si la reserva se anula con 15 o más días antes de la fecha de inicio de la estadía, se reembolsará el 100% del depósito. Si la reserva se anula entre 14 y 5 días antes de la fecha de inicio de la estadía, se reembolsará el 50% del depósito. Si la reserva se anula con menos de 5 días antes de la fecha de inicio de la estadía, se reembolsará el 25% del depósito. Si la reserva se anula 1 día antes de la fecha de inicio de la estadía, el depósito no será reembolsado. En el caso que el pasajero ya se encuentre alojado en las cabañas y por el motivo que fuere se retira antes de la fecha, la empresa se reservará el derecho de reintegrar o no el importe de la estadía no gozada. En caso de cancelaciones de reserva por desastres naturales, se les dará solo la opción de cambiar la fecha sin cobro adicional dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de entrada.
