National Holidays: Escape to celebrate with these panoramas for the day that will leave you tiqui taca

There is very little left to start celebrating a new anniversary of our National Holidays. And despite the fact that there are several official holidays, for various reasons not everyone can afford to be away from home for a long time.

But there's nothing to worry about. In Ruténica we have many activities and panoramas for you to do for the day, with packs that include adventures, recreation, rest and gastronomy.

We want your only concern to be enjoying and relaxing: these panoramas for the day are made to be done as a family, as a couple or with friends, either in the days leading up to September 18 or even in the middle of the festivities. There is something for all tastes and in different basins, such as Puyehue, Ranco, Llaquihue or Panguipulli.

Among these panoramas is the Mapuche Astronomical Tour, which, from 10,000 pesos, includes a talk on Mapuche ancestral wisdom and mythology of the cosmos and observation of the deep sky with a telescope.

This tour is in charge of the tour guide Jaime Rodríguez Calfiao , who has installed his observation center on one of the slopes of the hills where he lives, territory inherited from his great-grandparents, the Wenuñamko. Today, this young sidereal eagle (Spanish translation of the surname of his ancestors), rescues and spreads the practice of observing the wenumapu (the land above).

“We are going to be working on National Holidays, always according to the weather conditions. The astronomical tour is focused on families and groups of friends who want to know a little more about the Mapuche cosmos. There are three hours of excursion, where we also include a tasting, with a dinner with local products, collected here in the territory. It is a sustainable gastronomic proposal, of agroecological origin”, explains Rodríguez.

“For the festivities, apart from our astronomical tours, we will also carry out sound therapy sessions, which has to do with regenerative tourism. Everyone is invited to have a Mapuche astronomy experience here in southern Chile”, he adds (more information about the tour: https://bit. ly/3RwkVt5).

Here we leave you some proposals for panoramas for the day. Do not hesitate to contact us through our chat.
