Taller de gastronomía local

Los participantes se dirigirán desde el taller a la huerta, donde recolectarán los productos disponibles: hongos y murta, en otoño; frutos rojos, en primavera y verano. Tras la cosecha, se explicarán las recetas a elaborar, para luego comenzar el proceso en conjunto de la producción de un almuerzo completo: entrada, plato de fondo y postre.
