Reservations for April - December If the reservation is canceled 15 days or more before the start date of the stay, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 15 days before the start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded or the reservation can be rescheduled for another date after reviewing availability. Reservations for January - March If the reservation is canceled 20 days or more before the start date of the stay, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded or the stay may be rescheduled subject to availability review. If the reservation is canceled less than 20 days before the start date of the stay, no refund will be issued. You may choose to reschedule your stay after reviewing availability.
